The lady that was on duty on 12/01/2020 around 10am is frankly awful! I merely wanted to stop for a bathroom or stop while on a cycle ride and brought by bike inside for security reasons. She went out of her way to kick me out with my bike. Said the bike was not allowed inside. When asked why there was no explanations at all. Really feel like going back and driving her up the wall when have more time. Hands down pathetic.

Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

I have just experienced lazy, unhelpful, incompetent service from the assisant this afternoon at the Mobile St Lukes and its not the first time. I tried several times to make the pump work, with my card, without my card, with my card etc before heading into the shop to seek assistance, didn't get any, the assistant didnt care, couldnt get rid of me fast enough. No effort to help me, just argued I wasn't following the instructions. I tried again, followed the instructions, didnt work (the screen still said please pay in store once finished) gave up and drove off, a lost sale Mobile and I wont be rushing back. Usless.

You can use your Smile card perhaps the attendant cashier should smile as well. Very Poor Service. The pump would not come on there is no signs to say it is Prepay only!. I waited for appx 5 min waiting for the pump to come on. Went inside lady at the counter was very rude that is not how you talk to customers. I was told to pay first or go some where else. The said theft driveoff was a issue. I understand but perhaps leave a sign and speak gently to your customers. Perhaps some training needed to be in a service industry. Will not be back and use a different station

Fuelling up is extremely difficult and frustrating, am always on the verge of just giving up and driving off to fuel up somewhere else. This time it took about 5 tries for the system to work without resetting, or some kind of error. But at least my smiles card was actually accepted this time.

Same old, same old... Which is just how it should be. A retailer we rely on for an essential item like petrol is best when you can be sure they will be open, will have what you need - whether it's gas, milk or a late-night packet of smokes - and the staff will be sensible, smiling and sane. As they are here! ?
