They tried to threaten me wow
They didn’t ask for smiles card and did the transaction swiftly
I was in great mood And happy when talking
Upon gently asking, they said it is my job to tell and move from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I could rate even lower. Ended up in a verbal spat with a staff member and the manager at this mobil when they refused to assist an elderly lady whose cars battery had died. Myself and another bloke ended up calling a tow truck for the lady and moved her car away from the fuel pumps. The staff refused to help, an official complaint was made to Mobil NZ as well. Absolutely horrible.
Update 6 months later - still no one has called or addressed the matter above. Useless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people on board with mobil putting the brand down. I went to fill up the fuel on mobile krd as usual tried to fill the fuel before paying. I was told by one staff the pump is on prepay. I went inside to tell the guy I want full my tank up. On it he advised I need to use the machine on fuel pump if I need to fill. After filling up the fuel I went inside to ask what time the pump goes on prepay at first the staff said after sunset so I said which means around 9 she then replied if we know you then only we open up the pump or you need to pay. Well the statement was contradicting and it was annoying as a customer who uses Mobil all the time. Apart from it if this staff wanted to only allow the known people to use the pump postpaid then no customer should be allowed to use(specifically the staff known people) and the rule should be same for all . After I said this was my worst experience the staff replies thankyou.WOW
