★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is generous, I experienced the worst phone service ever here, be warned. After bringing in my phone to get the screen and lcd fixed I was disappointed to see that the job wasnt done properly and the same problems appeared shortly after leaving, I brought the phone back into the store to try fix it again but was told that it was all my fault and that physical damage had been caused somehow (without any visible signs or explanation) and I had to pay another fee to get it fixed, I hadn't even used phone yet as I work out of town so it was left in whanganui. After a long lengthy conversation it was decided that it was upon him to fix it properly fees free, I was happy and glad thinking we were algoods but 2 weeks later my battery started swelling causing damage to my phone ,I toke it into another local phone dealer and was disappointed to figure out that my phone had been sabotaged with glue when it was last fixed and it had caused my battery to expand (which is very dangerous as battery acid can leak out) ,I had to pay to get my phone fixed because of this sneaky irresponsible move by mobile blitz, truly disappointing and sad to see lack of care towards customers when you never done the job right in the first place, please dont waste your time here, kiwitech down the road is a much better place to deal with and sticks true to there word.
