★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had my brothers laptop fixed over 3 months ago. He said it was only going to take around 3-5 days. We came back after 5 days and found the laptop was not in his shop and he had sent it somewhere else. He said to come back after a month and when we did the side of keyboard area was sticking out and he said there was also a missing srew. Initially the only problem with the laptop was the screen, so were confused as to why the keyboard was tampered with. We'd already paid him so he told us to come back after another 6-12 weeks, and promised that he would have it fixed by then. A few weeks later we came back only to find out that he had sent it down to Napier, and he said that it would take another week or so for us to have our computer back due to "covid". We've been back around to his shop 20 times and until now the laptop is still not fixed. He even gave us a laptop to supposedly "compensate" us for the time it was taking to fix ours, but when we got home to test it out it was really slow and wasn't connecting with the wifi properly, we have fiber broadband, and haven't had any problems with our other laptops or other devices connecting to the internet before. We HIGHLY DO NOT recommend dealing with this guy, PLEASE if you value your precious devices as well as your time. As far as my family and I are concerned he is a CONMAN. Everytime we came into his shop he would be laughing and smiling and it seemed as if he wasn't taking us seriously. AGAIN DO NOT go to this shop.

Don't take advantage of old women.

Was a really good price aswell... The shop could do with a bit more colour but all in all the service is amazing... Will definitely tell all my friends and family... The worker there is always attentive and always has a smile on his face.. ✌️
