★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow... Tried to get a faulty item fixed or replaced.. which they still stock, they agree it's within warranty period, and agree it is covered by warranty.... But apparently we need to arrange replacement or repair directly with the manufacturer... In Ireland... I thought NZ importers and sellers had responsibilities... but apparently not.
