β β β β β I was absolutely and completely happy with Bruce, (the new technician), he fixed all the problems with my mobility scooter, he was polite, efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. I highly recommend Mobility Centre to everyone considering using them.

β β β β β 1 week after ordering online and no crutches have arrived yet, no confirmation of order email, tracking number, or any correspondence whatsoever. Had to ring two times before someone finally got back to me, an arrogant so and so who told me you are expected to get your reference number yourself from the website when you order as if it were 10+ years ago rather than them emailing which is actually standard business practice, not to mention just common courtesy! Really poor service.

β β β β β Friendly helpful staff. They left us take our time browsing, then helped us with useful information when we needed it. I'd like to see similar stores distributed around the region, certainly one on the Kapiti Coast would be great.

β β β β β Staff were rude. They charged me a fee I had already paid and informed them I'd already paid. They were condescending and rude to me, I believe because of my age. They were very slow service.
They called me hours later to say they'd checked with the hospital and found that I had already paid. But that's not good enough in my books. They were rude, and as a mobility service you'd think they'd be more understanding to their customers. I've just had surgery and had to return crutches. Had to stand some time to be seen to. Staff were available. Again, I'm young and look healthy I guess as you couldn't see my very recent surgical scars, perhaps they made too many assumptions. Still haven't had the refund.
