Insistant on scrolling through an entire list of hundreds of fonts one by one on his computer, when I was after a simple calligraphy, so took over an hour to agree on a font, after settling for one! Finally engraved the ONE letter on a 9ct gold pendant. Later realised he had engraved the letter upside down, despite the pendant being on the necklace at the time. Rung and left a message, 1 week no return of call. Not impressed.
