Over the years Norm and the team have always fixed shoes, engraved treasures and cut keys professionally and exquisitely. Am dependent on them being there even through covid. Always reliable and helpful. Good value for money. Walked away as a happy customer

β β β β β One of my keys was broken, they have cut me a new one, let me take it to try, make sure it is OK. But because of the lock itself, the broken key was not taken out. They don't charge me any, just for free! From my experience, I highly recommend this shop and their employees, their value destination, not money, but the needs of customers, I hope their business will be blessed, so that more people get benefits from their customer service.

β β β β β Pretty bad service iv been waiting here for 5 minites and no one is here he has a sign saying he will be back at 2 there is 4 customers waiting and its 2:07 pretty ridiculous if you ask me.....
Terrible service he got back at 2.10 and quoted me 75 for a jib that the last guy said would e nothing over 40 bloody sounds like he trying to make some extra pocket money.
