β β β β β Mike was most professional in his approach.He called me prior to the inspection to discuss any particular concerns that I had and then after the report was completed he spent considerable time discussing his findings.
The report was comprehensive whilst zeroing in on key area such as weather tightness etc. The written report also contained a large number of photos to add clarity to his findings.Would definitely use Mike again.

Saved us from making what would have been a very expensive purchase in the first instance and highlighted everything that we needed to be aware of in the houses we looked at. On time, professional, and so very thorough. Would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a property inspection done.

β β β β β I must give this company a 5 star rating. Allie was so great to deal with when I was discussing the property. She is so patient and well organised. The inspector Mike came to the property on time and completed the job very efficiently. The report was extremely detailed & loads of images to show any areas of concern. I couldnβt recommend them enough!

Having not bought or sold for over sixteen years, I was out of touch with building materials and unforeseen pitfalls. Allie, the lady Mike has on reception was so very kind and helpful, and Mike himself did an amazing job of inspecting two houses for me. He inspected even the most tucked away spaces, took photos, and gave me a very professional report. His understanding and advice on possible building remedial work is invaluable. We used his service 3 times before settling on the right property for us! When talking he is patient and accommodating to all your questions. He works diligently under pressure and to given time frames.
