Very popular for travellers to visit with hot water beach opposite.

β β β β β Really cool stuff in here. It's totally worth a stop in if you are visiting the beaches. They have reasonably priced jewelry as well as expensive stuff so don't feel put off if you are on a tight budget. There are plenty of things that are cheap (by kiwi standards). Also I want to thank them for offering free parking spaces. The official parking for the beach is ridiculous. So I really appreciate them offering excellent free parking. Definitely stop in and give them a visit!

β β β β β The best collection of artwork I have seen. Such a high standard of original and ingenious work. Some excellent value pieces. Many artists work. It's very close to the beach, if you are visiting hot water beach its well worth popping in here just to see the very beautiful pieces. Parking available on the road. Friendly and helpful staff.

β β β β β A great little gem at hot water beach. The architecture of the house got out attention, and then when we walked closer we saw that there is a little art shop at the back, with indoor and garden art... Allot of different art to pick and choose from...

Sonia and Simon are wonderful, the art is exceptional, and the setting is devine! There really is something for everyone (including price ranges!)
So well worth visiting when you're at Hot Water Beach next.

β β β β β Si and Sonia are fabulous artsy people, very welcoming, with great taste and ate talented artists themselves. Their artspace is fabulous, presenting a great variety of product from other talented artists too. Sonia has great taste in jewellery and makes many of the collection presented, so Moko is worth a visit just for that alone! They also hire out spades for $10.00 so you can walk down to the natural thermal spring on Hot Water Beach and dig your own 'hot-tub' in the sand, best done two hours either side of low tide. This is truly the best of the best places to check out an eclectic, tasteful and varied collection of art. I visit here every year and they never fail to disappoint.

β β β β β We stumbled upon this place while we were tootling around the area and what a great find it was. It was the cherry on the top while visiting Hot Water Beach. Run by a super couple who reside there also. The shop is full of interesting bibs and bobs, NZ art, and kiwiana and it is very affordable. Great place to buy a memento, a gift for someone, something to adorn your walls or just to admire their beautiful garden adorned with sculptures that accompany some very beautiful specimen plants. This you walk through to get to the gallery. We had a shop and had a yarn with them and their friends. This is what is so nice about the Coromandel- people are so friendly and laid back with time for you. We will be back.
