★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there 3 times in a week to receive $500 and all they said we just opened dont have any cash come back in the afternoon. Again went in afternoon they said no one sent money today so we dont have any in stock. Again went today and they said we dont keep cash come on a weekday. I initially went on a weekday. And the person at the counter said it's side business for him, no matter what business do it properly. Ridiculous attitude

Went in to help my mom with her MoneyGram that she was receiving, I had my 2yr old son with me as well, my son wanted a candy he was holding I said no it was a Lolly pop cup thing he touched she said I had to pay because she cannot make sale after he grabbed it. Nothing was damaged not opened aswell mean while we were not in the store for more than 1min she had the nerve to say to me to leave him my 2year old son outside I don't know what was her issue. if the item was damaged or opened I would of payed for it but she was already sour when we walked in we didn't end up using there MoneyGram we went to a better customer service place in manurewa who was not who made our day actually and also offered him candy for free....so yeah very rude and very un professional plus they took very long to trying to process something when we went to manurewa not even 5mins they were already done

I am a respected businessman of 34 years in my business . They were so kind to me , and helped me resolve my problem . I am so grateful for their honesty and straight advice .
