★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Auckland int to exchange some NZD to USD.
The person behind the counter asked about my nationality and where I’m traveling to, despite giving them my NZ passport and already paid them.
As soon as they found my nationality the wishers and phone calls started. I waited for few minutes and become worried and thinking what’s wrong with me or me nationality, what I have done wrong apart from being honest.
The lady behind the counter then said this is normal processe. However the guys before me weren’t gone through this “called“normal process. To me it was more discrimination than normal procedure.
Very disappointed to see people get treated different due to their nationality.
I don’t recommend using them.
