★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my projector remote is out of order and I contacted MonitorTech for assistance, one of its staff Pierre swapping mails with me all the way through and provided so much care and recommendations, finally we had a new remote delivered to us from NZ to UK. Unfortunately the remote control power on button seems not working still but it doesn't stop me from appraising Pierre for his excellent customer service. MonitorTech is so lucky to have someone like Pierre working in its company. Thank you so much.
