About Citywide Tech Ltd
I purchased a second hand Brother QL-800 Label printer from TradeMe, it was damaged in transit & Aramex don’t want to claim liability for the damage as I had signed for the parcel on arrival. After many desperate attempts at finding certified brother support services in West Auckland, no one would take my case of fixing my broken label printer, many didn’t even get back to me after I had called and emailed photos.
Tess, Mel & their team of highly qualified technicians from Citywide Tech were absolutely amazing with their support. I mentioned to them my problem and a plea for help, sent an email with photos and immediately I had a positive response. The team went above and beyond to provide me with the best service available to give me the best result possible. I have never had service like this before, their service is impeccable and I will definitely be taking my future services with them.
I cannot recommend Tess, Mel & their team enough. It is so appreciated what everyone done for me! Thanks Heaps!

I ordered a small item and they charged $25, and so I called asking why it costes this much and they say it's fixed shipping cost for every item and it is an overnight service. After 3 days I recived no emails about the tracking details and so called them. They took forever to get the tracking details while I was still on the phone and when I tracked, it says the order was booked and picked up 2 days after my order date. When I call them again they don't pickup the phone saying the IT Service Engineer is on the phone. Horrible customer service. I won't ever purchase from again
