★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find one of the receptionist very rude, very unapproachable and never smiles. Everyone else is very nice but I feel no one truly wants to help. The nurses are lovely but I’ve seen two doctors for my daughter and both times they couldn’t help, when that is what they are there to do. Have been with Moore st medical for a year now but will be leaving soon and enrolling somewhere better hopefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went in around May 2019 I had to pay full price as a first time patient. The doctor and the receptionists were lovely. But when I went back I was told extremely rudely that I had to pay full price again as my details had not been entered into the system. The receptionist was mean and condescending. No need for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for a while. The recent changes have made a big difference in the service provided, especially since Dr Ryan is gone. Receptionists become really informed, helpfull and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst medical centre I have ever been to. Absolutely pathetic organization. Went in to enrol with my ID and my partner was with me on the day to do the same; they never even saved or entered my details into their system. They couldn't even tell me how they 'lost' my details, i believe this place PURPOSELY 'loses' peoples details to make extra money because people like me had to pay the visitors price of $90 bucks when it should have been normal price if they did their job properly. Not to mention the doctor appointments are ALWAYS rushed, once you see the doctor you're lucky if you get to talk for more than 5 minutes!!!! What a waste of money and time! Not to mention you feel brushed off with SERIOUS, debilitating symptoms! Rude, condescending staff!!! Do NOT enrol here. You have been warned.
