★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice short 20 min round-trip gravel trail in forest up to windy wooden lookout deck. Great views cross to Stewart Island, up coast, and down to Riverton Estuary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for a quick looksie from a scenic lookout or a longer hike down to the beach. There are two trails that lead to lookouts with awesome views that take less than 30 minutes return. There's a long drop bathroom and some picnic tables at the main parking lot. Access is by gravel road.
