★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm posting this in case Google doesn't accept my recommendation to correct their name of Deception Bridge.
It is actually better known as Morrison's Footbridge and has been called that for a lot longer than Google has existed.
Apart from that, it's nice not to get one's feet wet wading across the Otira River.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of course this bridge leads to a trail, but is nice to even just cross it to see the view up & down the river bed.. it's beautiful. Look out for the train! Shame we just missed seeing it by 5 mins ?
