β β β β β After finding out the part I needed and the shop I could get it from, I emailed Moto1 asking if they had the part, and could they send me one and let me know the cost. I order a lot of things online, and usually I get sent a link a few days after my email to a website where I have to search for the part, add it to my cart, etc...and that's fine. But Moto1 responded to my email with a link to a cart already full with the part and my biggest job was clicking 'buy'. This was the first time someone had acted as my personal assistant and had done all of the work for me. I just love efficiency, and I love to reward that efficiency with a good review. I would definitely deal with this company again. Thanks, Moto1.

β β β β β One of the best things about Moto 1 is that they have plenty of stock. And if they do not, it is clearly displayed before you make your order.
Once the purchase is made, delivery is quick and often without charge thanks to a very fair purchase value threshold.

β β β β β Moto1 are amazing to deal with. I have bought a bunch of things from them and their communication and speed is always outstanding. Packages are tracked and you get emails every step of the way to keep you updated.
Once I ordered two of the same items in two days and they were super proactive - they actually called me to query whether I had mistakenly ordered twice and were prepared to give a full refund. I explained that I did in fact want both, so they bundled the two items into one shipment and gave me a credit on the postage for the second item.
Also I recently ordered a front Paddock stand (quite a big item) and to my surprise it arrived the next day, so even in COVID level red, they managed to do something spectacular.
Overall I'd rate them A++++

β β β β β Great company to buy from. Have bought helmets on separate occasions and both times they arrived very quickly with no issues. I had a problem with my discount code not working and paid full price. After emailing them and explaining the situation the issue was resolved within an hour and the correct amount was taken from my bank meaning no refunds or anything like that had to be done. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend buying from this company.
