★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor! Contacted mediation service about a Ford garage in Alexandra that signed off they did a service but actually didn't then refused to talk about it. Mediation service came back to me and told me Keith would be handling this. Emailed Keith a couple of weeks later to ask if he was still contacting me, no response so a month later I phoned Keith who asked me to re-email him which I did (completely unnecessary as that was just a chase up email). I had still heard nothing another month later. I sent an email off to MTA (not the mediation section) about my experience, but nothing from them either. Very poor service MTA, clearly your website is just all words. I wouldn't bother choosing a mechanic based on whether they are MTA members!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worth to contact them. This is the last resort for me to resolve the problem with a local car dealer. They refused to refund my $1,000 deposit because the sales didn't success and was holding on the car for only 1day!!! so I emailed to meditation service and next morning he already contacted the dealer and already he sorted it out.not 100% came back, but happy to get my money back.
