One star is for Paul and the way in which they were able to pick my car up at my work and return it to me later in the day. I had asked when servicing if they could help me find the source of the knocking sound and shudder. The technician had driven my car and would certainly have heard and felt what I had spoken about.
Unfortunately,I was given wrong advice and feedback which could have potentially ended quite badly.
My brakes and brake pad where completely shot, down to the metal, something I know nothing about, I trusted them, they are the professionals.
After reaching out several times, I have not heard a single word back from Brendan.
Mistakes happen but, this was major.
