Unfortunately to say...my experienced, worst customer service on the phone this morning. Tend to make the orders on line but can not get. If can not be polite this job not suit. Rude lady!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys used to be good, however, after buying my wood from them for years, I no longer will. They have some wonderful staff still, just a couple of bad eggs that spoil it. On the last occasion I was there, the woman accused me of lying about the price (that I received only a week before - I had the receipt!) and then proceeded to watch me and double count everything I had purchased. I had no trouble that she couldn't honour the same price, but the rest of her actions left me with a very sour taste.

Can't fault them, great service.

Personally, without any knowledge in landscaping, the team are helping me achieve an amazing garden. From weedmats, product selection to the tricks of the trade.
