Dirty very outdated and an invasion of privacy
They should stop writing there own reviews and trying too mislead people too pay for very bad accommodation and service
Reviews unless written by the owners of the motel are serious and they are being very honest about the service this place provides

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am truly shocked by the poor management of the staff that work at Eden motel.
And what they wrote is completely outrageous, so you gave them $1100 and knew about it and then did nothing about it. Anyone with half a brain would realize how stupid that sounds. Sounds to me they stuffed up with your cancellation and didn’t want to be out of pocket. Do the right thing and give her back the money. Give her the refund she deserves, your website says it’s fully booked still so you have probably double dipped and already filled up those two cabins and made double the money! What’s wrong with people today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst reception I have ever experienced. Not friendly at all. As for the motel it's self well where I do I start, very old 80's style everything right down to the sofa and still has the smell. Cold non free flowing shower. microwave was broken. carpet was unbelievable hazardous to human health. The only good thing I could point out was the new flat screen LCD's on the walls. P.s no more analog oval tvs anyway. To sum up my stay I would recommend a caravan park over this place and would avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After driving a long distance, my family members really need a good place to comfort ourselves. The boss, I supposed, is a very kind person. He took our needs into account to give us a much more comfortable suite. It's really quiet. Many thanks for the boss's kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience here was awful. Everything felt sticky, the floors doors & handrails. The heater & rubbish bin were broken. There was a strong smell of vomit coming from the carpet & the fridge smelt mouldy. Everything needed a really good clean. Just disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my sister visiting from Switzerland. She stayed there for about 2 weeks. She really liked the place, it's quiet, clean, comfortable and close to everything she wanted to do. She got fresh towels etc every day! I had seen the motel about 4 years ago when my sister visited previously and there has been a lot of improvements made since. Well done. And thank you for making my sister feel so welcome!!

Best motel I've stayed in for a long time.
Wonderful outdoor area at back of the room wich makes you feel like your not even in auckland.
