★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a total catfish! The website makes it look really nice. Our room was FILTHY!!! black mould in the shower ,scum around the vanity unit, rotten window sills, filthy finger prints on the doors and black mould on the net curtains. The window was drafty and the heat pump didn't heat so we froze. Paid for 4 nights left after 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only attended a conference and didn't stay at the hotel but it is clean and well presented. The pool is stunning and well situated in the middle. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Quite a bit of parking but off a very busy, noisy roadway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible! How it is 4 stars I don't know. The rooms feel like dorms and are so small. The carpet feels so sticky and dirty. The only descent thing is the bathrooms were reasonably clean. The rooms were so noisy too! The walls were so thin. Definitely not staying there ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The on-site restaurant has a good menu choice and quality and taste was awesome for dinner and breakfast. The staff are super friendly and helpful, location was perfect for my work trip. Downside was the water pressure in there was shockingly bad and their temperature control is just as bad, fluctuating between pure hot and cold. And the bed is 2 singles pushed together unfortunately 1 side was sitting higher than the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here afew times. Staff are always attentive. Service is always on point from reception to the dining area. Was pretty suprised as this was a local venue and always drove past it and never thought to walk in and try it. Highly recommend for their services :)
