★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, Facebook kept recommending me this place daily. I even read the sugary sweet story of the founder of Moustache Milk & Cookie Bar. I know I like cookies because I'm morbidly obese but it turns out I just don't like these cookies.
Tried these heavily advertised cookies when I was next in town. I gotta say, these are just beneath Subway cookies for an exorbitant price. Maybe they're godly fresh out of the oven. I can tell you they're cookie blasphemy at room temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for dessert, only to be met with a really moody teenager who was pretty rude. Maybe it wasn’t her day but at least smile and not throw the eftpos machine in front of my wife in a huff (No exaggeration)

All our guest couldn't stop raving about it.
It was such a easy, fun and yummy alternative wedding cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no mention online when making an order for delivery that they send everything from Auckland. This results in serious delays when sending to the South Island and the cookies are perishable... 5 days later and still awaiting delivery. I am very disappointed and will not be a returning customer for this reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed there was no notification that order is shipped out of Auckland for Chch and this has resulted in a 5 days delivery, of which we are still waiting for. If it was made clear where they were shipped from when ordering, I would have purchased locally and taken them there. At least they would be fresh and met the intended purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by one of three people working today. When I asked what was in the cookie pies, she said in a tone that implied I was stupid "What it says on the sign. If you read the sign, that's what is inside." I can read fine thanks, but was asking because I was unsure of what the filling was made out of... was it fluffy like icing? Or dense like ganache? Is it gooey? Her tone and body language didn't encourage any further questions so I still don't know. I took my business to Rollickin Gelato instead where I had an Amazing apple pie and was served by super friendly staff. They also have cookie pies too with a description of their fillings clearly displayed, they look just as nice AND you can add a scoop of gelato, just saying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served by a lovely lady on Thursday around lunchtime that made my experience very pleasurable! She smiled the whole time and the cookie pie was delicious! Will definitley be coming back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in 13/2 ~ Waited almost 45 minutes for 2 milkshakes for that whole time we were the only milkshakes ordered and nobody seemed to care.
It was about a big cookie order, selling cookies and staff freaking if they had enough.
A young girl with the hello kitty doc's and and young man were overwhelmed, when asked about what was talking so long the other 2 ladies on the cookie section turned their backs and left the situation to the younger 2.
Really disappointed!! if my Ramin, curry, fried chicken and dumplings can be ready in under 45 minutes before 2 milkshakes then there's obviously a problem here
