★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They started off with being great, but got a bit excited with the strimmer around my young trees and killed a few. I spoke to Mark McIlroy (who is the company owner)about this and he was rude and dismissive. Really poor customer service, I’m really disappointed in the response, and the aggravating approach to sorting a relatively simple problem.
