Honestly, I am not sure his name is Bharat!
I have only really good memories at JB Hi-Fi AUCKLAND CBD.
The First Item was Nintendo Switch in 2019.
It was also really good memory for me.
I wanted to buy it but It was little bit expensive for me.
I just went to there and had a look it, one of staff(Sorry, I don't remember your name OTL) came to me. we had small talk and he could match the lowest price. So I could buy it cheaper!! thanks mate.
Secondly, When we were in Lockdown, My partner and I tried to find a way to survive at home. We could buy games on online, but we didn't have enough joy-con. Luckily, we could buy and pick it up. How kind and surprise, JB Hi-Fi sent an email, taught me the point where I could pick up and detailed address.
Lastly, I bought an Iphone 11 pro white colour, case and a protection for our Queenstown trip)
We have been several different stores to compare and get more information. When we went to JB Hi-FI AUCKLAND CBD branch, We met Bharat(he gave me his name card,,, I lost it sorry bro) and an woman staff, Bharat came to us with nice smile and helped to buy it. We struggled to choose colour, he showed his Iphone 11 pro, it made us easy to choose. He also explained the plan and perks. He was such a nice guy. and another the woman staff helped us to choose colour(my partner was so serious about colour). After we bought the Iphone, we had to come back to buy a case and protection, He also answered what we wanted so well.
We could take such a nice photo at Queenstown, we are so satisfied it!!
Thanks and Good job to Bharat!! and JB Hi-Fi Auckland CBD!!!!

β β β β β Bought a Nintendo switch along with all the accessories including a screen protector (over $1000). The screen protector would not stick properly so I brought it back 5 days after the date of purchase with my receipt. Luke from Games tried multiple times to stick the screen protector with no success; it was also getting less sticky the more times he tried. It didn't work so he asked for the manager (Dave) who also tried multiple times to put the screen protector on with no luck. They said they do not do any replacements because "99% of the time it's the user's fault". They took my device to the back room for about 10 minutes. When they came out they said, "we usually don't do replacements but we are making an exception for you." Great. I asked if they would stick it on for me, they said "we don't do that just in case it doesn't work and we are liable." I said, "but what if I take it home and the product is faulty again?". They didn't have a response and kept saying they are not liable and won't be able to replace it if it doesn't work again. I am glad they made an exception and replaced a faulty product, but I am definitely not going back because they don't seem confident in the quality of the products they sell and will not replace a product even if it is faulty because once they make money off you, they will no longer be helpful. Definitely do not recommend shopping here.

I had my item transferred from the South Island and it arrived in 3 days. My experience was seamless and the salesperson Nich was super helpful and on to it!

β β β β β Nice huge JB Hi Fi store right in the middle of the city.
I have seen this store right here for 12 years now.
The stock is always up to date and the service levels from the staff are awesome.
It is always a pleasure to visit the store and have a chat with any of the staff.
All the products ranging from headphones to large home electronics, which I have bought from here have lasted long enough and are still working.
The store customer policies are good and clearly descriptive.
Highly recommended.
