My Natural Health formed in 2008 as an extension of a well-known independent business, whose goal was to offer a Community Health Store, offering great personal service, knowledge and extremely competitive prices on main stream products. Over the years we became one of the most successful independent health stores, and have gained respect and loyalty throughout our community offering our clients a loyalty card system, free Naturopathic consultations and a full herbal dispensary.
Today My Natural Health is owned by friends & business partners Jack & Ronen, who have over 28 years experience in Natural health, IT, & customer service.
We are dedicated to providing our online customers with easy access to a wide & varied range of top quality health supplements & organic foods. We are also very fortunate to be able to draw upon our resources of 7 Naturopaths who are able to assist with your enquiries.

I mistakingly ordered the wrong product and despite it being totally my fault they were completely happy with me sending it back, and then they shipped out the correct product without even charging for the extra shipping or a restocking fee. Can honestly say I’ve never experienced such good customer service, and friendly, polite communication throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again. Thanks guys
