★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Chemist Warehouse literally 20mins ago and I was looking for specific perfume called Gucci rush, she told me botany store had none and Hunters had a 50 and a 90ml. I drove all the way to Hunters store in this mother's day traffic and a worker over there said this was false information from the worker at Botany store. This was very annoying, it was a skinny European girl that works there, wouldn't trust her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy to hear that finally this place opened locally. I loved visiting this shops in Australia. It's everything they say they are. Very well stocked and an abundant range. Staff are helpful and friendly. And the prices. Yes you definitely will save a lot of money. Very noticeable difference in pricing. This place has abundance of parking and well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe it is about time for the management to check or evaluate their pharmacy staff because most of them do not know what good customer service means. I bought my maintenance meds, paid it and received a text msg days after that it is ready to pick up. I came, but they can't find it. The lady(chinese looking with eye glasses) staff told me(Not friendly tone), it seems that there was issues on ordering because it was done on ANZAC day despite me receiving a text msg that it was already there. She said, she will re-order/follow up and told me it will not take time for it to arrive. I've waited for another week, No feedback or whatsoever..I went again to check it out, spoke with the male staff(feminine indian-looking, the one with eye glasses) and still they can't find it. This guy is arrogant! Never heared he apologize or feel sorry about it. He is not polite. It was so disappointing! Igot a feeling that these staffs didn't do their job well and just making alibis of what's the cause why It took too long for them to order my meds from their supplier. To the management, maybe these guys needs retraining, or if they don't like their job, better advice them to resign.
Good thing, I spoke with " Philip". I would like to commend this guy. He knows what he is doing. A good example of good customer service. He is true to his word of ordering my meds and message me to update me the following morning that he ordered it and I was able to pick it up lae in the afternoon after my work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store yesterday night and the Indian lady is so rude. She can tell you that you can’t do this and you can’t do that. And if you try to say something. She will tell you it is common sense. I can’t imagine how she got this job and still work in that position. SHAME. She will keep on complaining customers behind you. Don’t let this kind of person ruin your mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called at the 'least busiest' time of the day, so says the Live. Unfortunately, no one would pick the phone up. Tried 4 times in that time. Whats the point of putting that information up, when no one will pick the phone up.. >:( if i could post without putting a star in, thats exactly what would have happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had no problems with them and find the staff there really helpful. My meds are always ready for me when I need it, and because I have epilepsy and can’t drive to get what I need, my items are always kindly dropped off to me by the staff, by anyone who’s on at the time, so I really appreciate that there willing to go out of there way because I know they wouldn’t have to do it. So thank you chemist warehouse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is fine but the pharmacy place where you pick up medication is in a shambles. They lose your medicine after they fill it because the shelves are so small there is a pile on the ground and it collects. I guarantee you that even if you call in, you can maybe crawl or ride a pogo stick to the store and they will still make you wait for a while before you can pick it up. They also fill your prescriptions WRONG so you have to go and run around for pills that they should have given you the first time... I understand that it is free prescriptions but it is literally going to cost me what I have saved because I HAVE TO GO IN TO THE STORE TO PICK UP THE MEDICINES THAT THEY MESSED UP!!!! Please stop paying Dan Carter hundreds of thousands of buckaroos and fix up the store a little bit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a prescription sent by doctor that had been paid for, they couldn’t find their copy of the receipt and wouldn’t take my receipt as proof. Finally found their receipt and I waited another half hour for a prescription that was already waiting and in the fridge. The lady who eventually helped me was lovely but the rest was poor customer service.
