I have bought three bikes from My Ride Mt Maunganui over the years and the after sales service is amazing, they have made sure that the fit is correct and made the adjustments necessary and the excellent service is a constant every time I go in there or make a call not just at the time of purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at My Ride are an Awesome team who have helped us with several bikes in recent years, including kids bikes, road bikes and recently the new Scott Spark cross country mountain bike.
The staff are great to deal with and always listen to what the customer needs, going above and beyond to get you what you want.
After reading reviews and speaking to the team at My Ride, I decided the New Scott Spark (with internal rear shocks) was the bike for me. I was able to pay a deposit before it was even in the MyRide ordering system and had the bike as soon as it was released in NZ. John managed to do some horse-trading with head office to have the right bike in the right size. As such I am already into my forth month riding this next generation of bike and loving it.
Thanks John, Leonine and Phil, always a pleasure dealing with you!

They even helped the new owner with a fitting to ensure it was the right bike for his size. I can't recommend them enough for amazing customer service, but also overall knowledge of bikes.
