I signed up under a deal for new businesses to pay $5 per month (normally $40), but after a couple of months I noticed I was being charged the full amount and had to ask for a refund. It took several phone calls and many hours to sort out. Now I've noticed that my bank feed hasn't updated in over five weeks, since I complained about the overcharges. When I checked the feed status it said "cancelled", I have to apply for a new bank feed. It was apparently cancelled when they were trying to fix the billing on my account but nobody told me. Bank feeds are delayed and we were in lockdown with little business so it took me a while to realize it wasn't updating. Now I am missing 5+ weeks of transactions. They said they are sorry but sorry doesn't get me back all the time I have spent trying to fix the problem. I purchased this service to save time in invoicing and accounting, but so far I have spent more time trying to fix their issues than what I have saved.

I have to say I've never dealt with a program that comes up with so many errors all the time. It's either a bug, and error or something isn't working. It is supposed to make our work faster but it actually slows it down cause you're trying to fix things that aren't working on a daily basis. Very frustrating... and the updates keep making it worse rather than better.

Horrible experience. Long wait time on the phone, account manager Katie McGing refused to acknowledge that I sent a cancellation email and would not help with cancelling my subscription. Use another provider. Their free service through ANZ is not worth the stress of trying to cancel this a year down the track.

Awful support and service. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience. I've been a customer twice Once as a large business and this time as a small business. They have progressively got worse. They make it difficult to do anything yourself online and they don't have SAAS based terms.

If there was less than one start I'd give that. The worst customer service I've received in my live after waiting on the call for 90 mins. Angela Madlala was the name of the customer service persons name based in South Africa. I'm chasing MYOB to stop charging my account for something I didnt setup, billing me for 9 months now. I'd reccomend using Xeron thank me later.

Waited 30 minutes to have the phone answered. Took 6 minutes for the person to find out how to transfer the call to their accounts receivable. All the while I could hear the rest of the staff laughing and chatting with each other in the background. Pity the others in the queue behind me. Call finally got transferred and I waited another 18 minutes without the phone being answered. This is absolutely poor service and inspires no confidence in the company.

I canceled my subscription a month ago - spending an hour on the phone to cancel it. Yesterday I noticed that another payment was coming out of my account and again I phoned MYOB - no joy. I checked the account today and the payment has come out. I've tried to phone again and have been told to ring again (yes number 4) - apparently, they cannot deal with the issue, said she could not transfer me, had no supervisor and no email address for accounts so she could send my phone number to them so they could return my call. Also of interest is the card they used was EXPIRED! I am furious and would never recommend the company - take your business to Xero. I have had to cancel my debit card and lodge a dispute with my bank. Completely unnecessary.
