★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use this Software at work (in Australia), brilliantly designed to make processes easy to access and interpret. Love the fact that there is full traceability of changes, the improvements module allows for Continuous Business Improvement to be investigated and actioned, and there is a hierarchy of control to ensure that the everybody is accountable for their process. Processes have owner and experts, putting the power of the process in the hands of the users, allowing for best practice to be implemented and updated as the rapidly changing business world requires it.
Definitely a must for anyone who needs clarity in their business processes.

It's so much easier than using the traditional process map tools. Easy to navigate and use, has a nice feel about it and really does a nice job of guiding you through the process of processes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the best application I have seen for managing business processes. After selecting Promapp to improve our Quality Management System, it quickly became a tool to describe agreed processes with customers, giving standard induction for new starters, and a help resource for internally developed systems. Promapp is very intuitive and easy to deploy with some excellent video's and resources available to get people up and running quickly. Key features that stand out include mandatory owner and expert for every process; rich content; ability to link processes together; reports on what processes are being used; company wide glossary for common terms and acronyms; and ability to share read only versions of processes for collaboration. Bottom line is that its an incredibly easy tool to use, has great support and would recommend to any company looking to improve their business processes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promapp used to be a fantastic, a powerful yet simple to use tool. The support and help from the team based in Auckland was brilliant. account management from a friendly local team who knew and understood the challenges faced by New Zealand business. However, all this changed dramatically when the business was sold to Nintex. Friendly familiar employees disappeared, support moved to the USA and in short the goodwill drained away over the course of 18 months. Sad to watch a great New Zealand company fall from grace so quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promapp rocks! It is easy to use, integrates process and risk management, and supports whole organisational involvement in continuous improvement. New employees love that they can access the information they need to get up to speed and productive. Current staff value being kept up to date with changes through emailed daily, weekly or monthly notifications. I've looked at many BPM tools and in my opinion Promapp is the best by far.

Their honest communication, the high standard they impose on themselves, their stellar support, their involvement in building initiatives like a free open process library for local government organisations. Promapp are just good people, delivering good software backed by the skills and expertise to make your process management and improvement journey great.
