The haircut overall was okay and she was nice but disappointed with outcome and service. She charged me extra because my hair was long and only cut the bottom part of my hair and started drying it before even showing me. I asked her to cut all my hair not just the bottom and she did and then proceeded to drying once again before showing me. I was not happy with the shape as it wasn't even but she insisted it was. The whole time she was looking at the clock and as I left she darted out the door. Clearly she was in a rush and rushed my hair and was very aggressive when drying and straightening it. Definitely will not be going back and do not recommend!!!

I have gone here a few times, it's now my go to hair cut place as I love the way she does my hair! My partner now goes here too. She's so gentle, and methodical and works to make sure everything is even and styled. Highly recommend for a good haircut.

I used a voucher and the owner went out of her to give me an excellent cut. I went in with long hair and she took the time and effort to give me one of the best bob haircuts I have ever had. Very happy and have had many compliments on my new hairdo. Would highly recommend

I had permanent straightening done by Na exactly 2 weeks ago. After 2 days I have noticed my hair at the bottom are rough and dry. I tried to reach out to her. So I went to her place today, showed my hair to her. She offered me hair cut so that she can cut all my hair from the bottom and make them short. I declined as I love my long hair. Then she said I can wash your hair with hair treatment which will not going to make any difference to my hair. She said she cannot do anything to make it right. It's heartbreaking for me as my hair are half straight, I cannot go for perms again. Moreover, her hairbrushes were dirty. I did not said anything but felt bad. While working on my hair she was speaking to her colleague in their own language. I have asked 4 times what she is saying and if she can speak in English. She was also jumping on from one customer to another without any hand hygiene in between. Day I was getting my hair done I had decided I will never going to have her services again. I will say invest at a nice salon and do not take risk with your hair.

I brought a Grabone voucher off Grabone for $55, I showed her the voucher and she said show me your hair, she said, "$10 extra for long hair" i said excuse me what, from what i remember it did not state there was a fee for long hair, as i didn't want that much cut off, I asked for a trim and she gave me a huge cut, my hair was down to waist an i specifically asked to have it cut a little I showed her with finger size what I wanted, and it was too late because she had cut it already, I'm highly dissapointed. I want a refund, I want my long hair back. The brushes were dirty, the sink was dirty, and my appointment was at 2:30 but I had to wait 15 mins. I'm not happy at all.

It was a very worrying experience overall. They tried to call me only 30 minutes prior to my appointment to ask me to come at a different time which seemed odd. The assistant had me very worried as she began to start touching my hair (I only wanted a straight cut across). She seemed to not know what she was doing and the lead hairstylist kept taking over and telling her she's doing it wrong. My hair was cut the way I wanted in the end but I would not go back, especially for a styled cut or dye etc. The lead hairstylist was polite and friendly though, maybe assistant just needed more training (and a lot of it)
