Park on street or inside gate.
Aprox you can spend about $35.00 for 2 people.
I bought the chicken katsu don i took photos of it.you can have a look at them.
Tasty and scrumptious fork or chop sticks.
Seating of a table out side or inside.
Polite staff and quiçk preperation.
I'm coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Beef Don charged at 13.50. Rice was cold and seemed precooked. Rice has to be reheated to 75 degrees and above. The beef was very sweet and a low quality of meat that seemed to be overly marinated with sugar &soy sauce. Wont come back. Not sure weather they are aware of health & safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t eat here. Had a chicken Katsu don and even though I didn’t take it from the cabinet but ordered from the counter it was not even remotely fresh - the chicken was cold and tasted like cardboard, they just drown it in sauce to hide how old it is ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little shop tucked away in Morningside. The staff are always lovely and happy to make you something fresh from their menu, or there is a good selection of hot and cold dishes in their cabinets. Delicious food and not too expensive either. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my favourite japanese spot in auckland. i’ve eaten here more times than i can count, and every time i get the karaage chicken don buri. it’s the perfect meal. the store and it’s owners are super cute, and are really good with adapting to dietary restrictions. love this place. recommend it to everyone.

I have been there a lot.
Especially teriyaki chicken don, chicken katsu don are the best for me.
Of course sushi,too!!
All the best in Auckland.
They use really fresh ingredientes and sauce.
I can eat everyday.....
And all the staff are very kind.
I absolutely recommend!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cozy vibe from a little hole in the wall place matched with simple, tasty food. Is this the best sushi in town? No, but they're going for the lunch time takeaway customer that's not wanting to spend $25 every day. I had the karaage don buri as well and it was equally as tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A frequent lunch spot of mine. It's a small-ish place so best to just grab and go - the food is good and I would say consistently so. The sushi is not that cheap, however the filling to rice ratio is something that I'm pretty happy about. The donburi you can get done fresh or on the cabinet and though I have only bought cabinet items I haven't found them subpar or disappointing. The staff are also wonderful and happy to see you. Thanks for all the sushi!
