★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overbooked with not enough staff. Nobody at the reception so you have to shout your name and service you came for across the salon for everyone to hear. There was no music playing so it felt really uncomfortable and awkward. Vietnamese (?) rap came on after half an hour which was just awful to listen to. Was let go with gel polish that wasn't dry enough and one of my nails was spoilt by the time I got home. Poor service and an unpleasant environment.

Booked an appointment for 10.30 for myself and my three granddaughters and didn’t start on us until 11 and then had to do another’s persons nails in between ours which required us waiting another half hour before she could finish our nails. Totally useless. walked out and went somewhere else. If I could give them no stars I would

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nail art Whanganui is good, the staff are very talented and ensure that the customer is always satisfied with the result, however staff are somewhat unfriendly and can be somewhat rude. The actual work that they do is very good and the nail services they provide is always of a very high standard , and have a wide variety of services and colors available for consumers to pick and choose from. Shop wasnt that big, and bookings are somewhat required. Comfortable seating and is a relaxed environment and location.. just staff could probably be a little more friendly which would make the expirence a lot better ??????????
