Nathan has expert market knowledge and provides advise on how best to sell your home after finding out what is the best way for you. He's not about one size fits all, Auction this Auction that, he spends the time asking questions about what you want, what you think is the best price for your home, and then goes about working on getting the best he can for you. This method along with working with his styling team, exceeded out expectations on the price we wanted and resulted on our home being sold quickly and without fuss. He then went on to help me find a new home. I can't speak more highly of Nathan and his team. If you are looking for an agent that listens and works with and for you, then take the time to give him a call.

I am continuously impressed by the level of their professionalism, and the personable manner in which it is delivered. No question or concern is too big or too small, they are always there on the end of the phone, and they respond to any queries from both myself and the tenants in my homes in a timely and professional manner.
Living away from New Zealand, it is hugely important to me that my investments are taken care of in this way. Thank you Najib team!

From the start, they had great advice on what renovations needed to be done, and what wasn't necessary. They kept us in constant communication, guiding us through the process .They leveraged their database of buyers and ultimately managed to get a result that we were blown away by - even in this market.
All in all, extremely happy with Najib Real Estate, and couldn't recommend Nathan & Sha enough.
