★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a vegetarian but we love nandos very much. Recently they have changed their menus. It was really worth paying for vegetarian option with four choices to choose from. We love spicy food and their sauces especially. You can get 10% flat discount on your order if you are a student. Grab your water and other sauces from the table if u need extra spices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve got a very bad service from the manager in here as he was actually free to come and charge me as I didn’t have my bank card to pay from the app and he just let us wait over 15 mins but in the mean time Rachel which one of the staff was really nice and helpful and she served us with a nice welcoming way,but I would say this manager needs to be out of his position and Rachel should be the actual manager?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a great restaurant. But there is always that one guy, I have seen him in Te Rapa as well. He doesn’t like me and I don’t like him. It is personal. He is a middle aged man of subcontinental ethnicity and he wears a blue Nandos Flat Cap hat.
I love Nandos, but that guy, he just doesn’t like me. I have had him tell me it would take one hour to make us chicken, I have had someone else working there tell him to give me a discount and he didn’t do it. He never smiles at me, he is abrupt and tries to rush me through my order when I already even know what I am getting, like try to rush me through in 10 seconds, when there is no one waiting.
He doesn’t like me, so I don’t like him. You know who you are!

Tables need to be cleaned more frequently though. There always seems to be dirty plates at half of them when we go.
Still doesnt stop us going almost weekly. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, cleanliness was not so good. Tables weren't wiped down and the plates not cleaned properly. (They weren't short staffed)
To top it off, the Polynesian lady didn't have any manners nor politeness and basically slammed the food on the table because the person whom took our order put us down on another table from the one we were sitting at. If I wasn't as hungry as I was, I would've returned the food based on how she treated us. I hope the manager has a word with her.
