★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired hem to clean our vacated rental. The deal was $275 for a 3 BR house to be cleaned based on the Checklist that the house agent has provided. The team showed up and I specifically mentioned areas to be addressed.
The next day when I came back to check I'm disappointed to see that the house was not cleaned on the level agreed on the Checklist. Had to call them back and have some of it redone only to be advised that they were charging for the hours that their crew worked at the house (9 hours) in the end we were charged $30 more just for them to work on the missed items on the checklist.
Unfortunately for "Professional" Cleaners they do not use any cleaning chemicals or tools (aside from the basic ones) to make the job properly done.
Not too happy. Hire them at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for a 4 bedroom house “spring-clean” while I was on holiday. I have returned home to a basic surface clean, if that!! Furniture has been moved but not put back, cleaning product still in over, poor vacuuming (admittedly I have dark carpet so everything shows) benches not wiped properly, shower not touched at all.... so disappointing to arrive home with a baby, a broken arm and to know I have to clean what should have already been done. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
