★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted them via their website form, providing my name, cell number, email address and my request for a quote. I then got called by a staff member from a different company requesting my name, cell number, email address and physical address all over again, and I informed the lady I was after a quote for a heat pump install - no booking was made, she was just double checking my details in their entirety I guess? Another staff member from this secondary company called me a day or two later, asking what the address was for the heat pump service! After I informed him of their mistake, he starting trying to work out a verbal quote for my needs over the phone - how big is the room? How many windows?
At this point too many alarm bells had been raised and I went elsewhere.
29th May 2017 - Have now been contacted by Aaron at Grammar Electrical (the secondary company) to remove my review as it damages their business. I apparently didn't provide my physical address via their website form (as I had previously stated I had), this apparently makes me a liar with doubtful integrity and I must have fabricated all my other interactions with their company.
We won't mention the Aaron Dempsey providing 5 star reviews below is also the owner of this company.
