โ โ โ โ โ Some of the worst Japanese food we have had. Ordered through menulog (for delivery) and the Teriyaki beef "set" was some of the worst ive eaten, practically a deconstructed donburi and very chewy. Vegetable tempura wasn't a traditional batter, very heavy and a only teaspoon of sauce. Quite honestly disappointed, when youre trying to support local hospo and this is what you get.

โ โ โ โ โ Narita was once our favorite Japanese restaurant with the hearty greetings from the staff when you walk in and wish you farewell as you leave. Sadly that ambience is gone with new management. The chefs used to prepare the meals behind the counter and we love watching them at work. That's also gone now. So we now have a standard bland Japanese restaurant serving reasonably ok food. The Tonkatsu ramen was ok but I have seen better presentation than what I had today. The gyoza was plated on oil stained paper and looked terrible. Overall the food is ok but I just wish they know how to plate the dishes properly.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my first visit.
I ordered curry udon noodle. I really enjoyed. My friend ordered Unagi bento box. She said really good price for what she's got however, she said Sashimi was not fresh enough and Unagi uses Yakiniku sauce instead of Unagi sauce. We are picky as we are Japanese. But I enjoyed my meal and I would like to come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ My mother and I had lunch here. We had 2x bento meals it was average compared to other Japanese meals I had before. Waitresses were polite. Over all, good but my only concern was over clean utensils at this place ( I am very big on hygiene & cleanliness especially with food).The fork we requested was not properly washed there was old dried up pieces of rice stuck on the fork if you have a good eye for it. I understand they were busy with other customers but we were sitting close to the kitchen entrance & front counter and we had to ask for the 2nd time for our forks we ended up almost finished the meals without fork because we have been forgotten (lol). I think I would prefer to dine in an authentic Japanese owned restaurant next time.

โ โ โ โ โ We were just walking around with my husband, when saw this restaurant. So we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere here is very unusual and cozy. You feel like you really sitting in the traditional restaurant in Japan. The food was very tasty, both mine and my husband's order! And in addition to this there was really friendly and nice staff. Love this place so much!

โ โ โ โ โ Busy little place,it has limited tables available and takeaways are also an option. Sushi. Katsubi and other Japanese styled foods are available. Service is quick and efficient. There is a 2%surcharge for paying by credit card. Parking in the complex is limited so you may have to park across the road and walk over during peak times. Beer and wine is available also as well as soft drinks and tea.

โ โ โ โ โ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Narita used to be our favourite place to dine. Looks like they have changed the owner, price has gone up but food quality is absolutely below average.
The tempura mix is soooo thick and oily, super soggy too. Like I was eating fish and chips.
Sushi has no taste (they donโt even flavour sushi rice?)
Sashimi was ok - the only thing is the chef didnโt cut the fish properly (two sashimi pieces were connected when servedโฆโฆcanโt believe that)
Very disappointed - they need to either send their chef for more training or change them!

Gone through several management changes, it's really gone down hill, the steak felt like the cheapest cut and chewy.
