Had the Sambal Chicken with rice, fish soup noodle and stir fried veggies. Except for the fish soup noodle, the other two dishes were too oily and not that tasty.

The first time I had tried sweet sour pork with the bones and cant even eat together with rice. I had tried so many in all the other restaurants not even one restaurant cook sweet sour pork with the bones as they normally take the bones out before they cook. And also when I first came in I saw the Chinese lady laying down on the sofa and sleeping at the work place and she is very tired and being rude to me when sheโ€™s trying to serve me. Will not go back there again.

place to avoid. what a horrible experience. 4 people ordered dishes, mine took more than 20 minutes since after others' have served. food wasn't good either. mee gorang noodle was stodgy, taste like cheap ketchup.

@Jimmy Wel. Bold talk from someone who has given multiple restaurants and businesses 1 star in the past. By your logic you must also suffer mental issues. Ordered 1 Char Kuey Teow and 1 Pork chop with noodle soup. Kuey teow was ok, a little oily and less flavour then I would've liked. Bland is the right word, but better than cheap foodcourt food. Pork chop with noodle soup. Now this was a concern. When they brought it out, I could immediately smell cooking wine. It was so strong it overpowered any other smell. The soup tasted literally like hot water with a cup of cooking wine added. If it had any meat or seafood broth, alcohol covered it all. It was so appalling we could not eat any more than three spoonful and we TRIED our hardest. You try eating noodles out of water mixed with a cup of cooking wine. Perhaps the chef made a mistake and added too much. We paid for everything but probably need to be persuaded to come here again

I have ordered some takeaway today and I was so shocked that I saw the chef tasting the food with the wok shovel . The thing is after he taste it, he didn't wash the wok shovel and he keep using it to cook food. Bad hygiene!

People who left 1 star usually has some mental problems, just look at the comments you can imagine how fussy some people can be. You donโ€™t compare this restaurant with fine dining restaurants when you only want to spend $15 to have a dinner. To me, their food price range and quality is better than most of the Asian restaurants in Auckland.

The fish soup noodle is the only dish I enjoyed. The deep fried pork with noodle in soup is too dry.
