★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as the clock ticked 6 months we had an increase in monthly charges. Facility was clean and safe although disappointed with increase as there was no reasoning behind it. Lots of competitors are offering cheaper with same facilities so I would look around before going to National Storage- based on quotes received for same units you could save up to $70 pm which is an extra $840 in your pocket a year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great storage, however they don't refund once they charge for a month. I gave my 7 days notice but since they charged my card that day, they wouldn't give any kind of refund or credit even though my locker was emptied out. Such a shame! I would have used them again, but I think practices like this are unfair and poor customer care in my personal opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience at this National storage 'Ngauranga' was very stressful. The main issue was finding the rented unit. (Poor signage) The poor signage coupled with an employee named Devon made the experience horrible. Devon was rude and very condescending. I have previously had a great experience with the Boulcott branch. They were smooth and lovely people. I would recommend that National storage implements a professional development program for this individual. He is giving the brand a bad name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! They lure you in with a good rate and increase regularly. Service is terrible now (Devon).They literally hound you if your account isn’t paid one day after it’s due, followed up even by a phone call. Give people a break, it was a long weekend, the account was due on Friday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Except one thing - there is a stinking spot (seems like rotting dead mouse or bird). Hope they investigate and clear such things. But at the same time, I agree that it is difficult (or almost impossible) as well if it's inside someone's storage unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service. Easy access. I didn't get a refund because didnt give 7 day notice before vacating, which was fair. Overall, spacious and clean storage. Get a padlock for your storage.
