We booked a massage for 12:45pm. Unfortunately yes we were ‘15’ minutes late. We arrived at 1pm to find all the doors were shut we searched high and low looking for this place.
It was our first time to hamner and we didn’t have maps or anything we did ask for directions and was either told ‘it’s in town’ ‘or I don’t know’
As a result to us being 15 mins late when we paided for an HOUR massage we unfortunately missed out on the whole experience. I did try contacting at 1:03pm and went straight to voicemail.
We continued to sit around waiting than I rang again around 1:15pm. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was horrible rude to me and I didn’t appreciate that, if someone has paided $190 for an hour massage and you close the doors after 15 mins of being late is not exceptional let alone professional. We were still owed 45mins.
We tried to be polite & ask for either some of our refund back or it less the 45mins that were still owing to us & they refused, blamed us, and pretty much stated it was all our fault we were half n hour late when I know we weren’t we sat outside the building for it less 15mins before I tried to call again, they shouldn’t be closing the doors when someone is entitled to there full hour massage. We will be taking this further. I also have photo proof of me trying to contacting them going straight to voice than recontacting them just to be spoken to unprofessionally.

The massage itself was just heaven-great surroundings, table, peaceful and exactly what I wanted. I felt in really good hands. So friendly, I got a really good vibe from this place and would go back for sure if I get back to Hanmer. Super place!!?

My partner received the best deep tissue massage he's ever had from Dr Richard Roe who also provided knowledgeable insight on body alignment and issues leading to different pressure points which was spot on! Never met someone more knowledgeable! I also received a relaxing massage which was amazing also! Would definitely recommend!
