★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here 3 times and the service has always been terrible.
The first time four of us went - someone ordered a Coke and the waitress somehow tried to bring him out a Tom Collins? It took about 45 mins for the food despite us being the only ones there, so we quickly ate it and left.
The second time there were 8 of us, we were the first to arrive and order. After 45 minutes our food still hadn't arrived, despite other people who had arrived after us eating theirs. When it finally did, two of us didn't receive our meals at all. When our entire table had finished their food I asked the waitress if I could get mine and my friends takeaway. She said "Sure, I'll just grab your plates" and I had to let her know that our food hadn't even arrived yet.
The last time we went, we were literally joking about how little hope we had left for the restaurant... then we found shards of glass in one of the curries lol. They re-made it but there was no compensation.
The food is good, but unfortunately the service isn't worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. The girl who was the duty manager was very helpful as her recommendations about the drinks were great. We had entrees, main, desserts and drinks. Food was delucious and the presentation was amazing. It was nice to be here. I highly recommend this place. Keep it up Naughty Naan!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sequence of food was… interesting. One main arrived, followed 5 minutes later by an entree. 10 minutes later the rest of the mains arrived. Cold naan, piping hot curries. Tap Tiger was awful, they haven’t poured one for a few days. Curries were ok. Oh, holy moly the salad is thick cut raw onions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Indian restaurant in Hamilton, yes it is not the cheapest but good quality and full of flavour- pretty big portions too. Nice friendly staff, only thing missing was the tap beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited Naughty Naan today. ambiance was really good. food was a bit expensive. we ordered pani puri, lamb seekh kabab , tandoori fish , chicken tikka masala and naans. last item to be served were the naans. i think the service needs to be improved , keeping in mind what is to be served with what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money here. Bad service, bad dessert. Came in for dessert, ordered chocolate lava cake and vanilla ice cream. The 1st lava cake came with no ice cream, the cake was a chocolate muffin with icing on top that had been heated and cream sprayed on top, no lava in the middle what so ever. I complained I was not going to pay for a muffin, the waitress said I had to pay for it and got the manager. I said "I'll just order something else" the manager offered to get another lava cake and assured the next cake would come with the lava in the middle. The second dessert was no different, but we did get a tablespoon of chocolate ice cream not vanilla. I couldn't eat it but ended up paying. Won't be going back. Bad experience. ?
