I submitted my maximum bid and was called later to find I had won the auction for less than what I was willing to pay. I picked up my winning lot the next day and settled accounts on the spot. The process was easy and gave me confidence that I can do the same thing in future auctions. I'm a very satisfied customer.

It’s easy to use their app and makes absentee bids simple. Staff are patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Louise knows a lot about items and has many ideas for how to sell them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quickest easiest payout I have ever experienced in over 50 years of dealings with auction houses. Goes the extra mile in selling and looking after clients.
Only real suggestion I would make ..have the food items up first to give those attending from a distance a bit more time to get there.
