★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got our caravan bench top replaced. Was given one colour option. When I complained it didn't match the rest of the caravan (at all/ clashed even white vs cream) found out there were other options they could have provided us with. When I complained their solution was for us to pay to get it redone in a better colour match. To make things worse the sink wasn't plumbed back in properly, the fridge was loose and the draw not reinstalled. Poor workmanship rushed job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A warehouse full of RV/MH goodness. You can find almost everything you need to maintain or upgrade your home on wheels. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Too bad they only have limited branches around, would be nice if there are more closer to some people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Had everything. Better than RV supercenter. Had more things than I thought possible. First time there but will be back. Lovely staff. Big place and easy parking for motorhomes, also easy access for wheelchair and walkers. Replacement parts for most things. Must go if you own a motorhome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attitude to customers in service dept is shocking. Had dual motor movers added to caravan, wires left hanging under van, hole through floor not sealed off. Had to fight to get second spare controller and spare key. CSC was booked to be done at same time but not done and not notified until I went to pick up that the person who did it was away. Was threatened to be banned from store after saying I will not return to service dept.
Retail side has great selection and helpful staff.
Have since found another service firm to do other work, who dont treat the customer as a distraction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given up on this business and will shop elsewhere online now. Too many times I have been told they might have what I want but its out the back yet to be unpacked. Manager wouldn't return my call to discuss. Oh well, time is precious and I can often get what they are selling for the same price including post elsewhere so no skin off my nose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an experience outside of what I knew to set up a self contained vehicle and to know requirements to obtain that sticker. Good skill to know and plenty in shop to look at so you don't miss out on the luxuries of self contained living. Good service. People were very helpful.
