★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice lady who did my nails but sat me and the person I was with one infront of each other so we couldn't see or talk to each other and nails started chipping the next day even though I wear gloves at work and haven't done much else. Also, the fish tank was in a horrible state and was not fair for the fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the manicure, they write manicure but do just nails and that too not good, pedicure was so so. Vietnamese attendants make fun of the customer in their language and are quite rude. Not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time at Nelson Day Spa, my appointment was 1pm and I was escorted to my seat for a pedicure by friendly staff on time, I also had a manicure plus eye brow wax and tint. I am very pleased with the service, and friendly staff and will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 A+++ 100% recommend. Fantastic service, amazing results, will definitely be becoming a regular. Even if you're unsure what you want done, head on in with a vague idea and you'll be taken care of. All I could offer was Christmas Nails and I've gotten an amazing nail art gel manicure that I'm getting compliments on multiple times a day. The ladies in there are friendly and lovely and happy to help you. You will not regret going in. Their prices are absolutely fantastic, best that I have seen around for nail art especially, and they were even able to accommodate my mother who has very sensitive nails and fingers, she was able to get a lovely set of dipped nails and has had no reaction at all. She will definitely be returning alongside me in future.
