Went in last week to get passport photo taken was told to come back another day as it was too close to closing time. Am tired of feeling like a second rate customer will take my business elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nelson store.Went to get replacement eftpos paper for work asked for assistance which i call very very disappointing.
Show the young male receptionist who looked like he had better things to do, what i need and he showed /pointed to what stock they had. I checkepd but didnt have what i required,which i showed him.
His comment was" thats all we got " turned and walked away.
What great customer care, neva going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my friend in December 2020 who needed help with a laptop that just stopped working that he had purchased at warehouse stationary Nelson that is still under warranty.
He used it for work and needs it urgently.
Over 9 weeks later and he still has no idea what's going on after various phonecalls.
He is very much upset and I don't blame him.
Do not buy anything from these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to scan a few pages the guy behind the counter was working by himself and was helping a customer there was a guy in front of me and another lady at the back.
A total of 4 people in a Que and one of them was looked after. I understand the guy working behind the counter cannot help all of us at the same time so I was patiently waiting.
Then customer that was being served said it will take some time why don’t you ask someone to help you.
I saw (ELLANA) hiding in a Que so I asked for help she told me to wait and told me other people working behind the counter are on a break. So I assumed she is not trained but then later I saw her taking payments behind the counter.
The printer is just 10 steps away if she is trained I would like to know the reason why she chose not to help her work mate and customers that are waiting to be served.
