Patients are being given preference based on their colour.
Horrible comments by the security staff.
Came in with my friend white sprained angle and swell and security commented “oh you’re coming into ED for such small things “
And at the triage bay , the nurse didn’t even asked for the pain assessment and for someone to see him , had to wait for more than 3 hours.people who came in after us were checked before him.
Very bad experience .
