Service person turned up 20 mins late with an attitude and told me "thats the way it goes" I spoke with one of the owners, he apologized but offered no remedy and didn't care and that I should get someone else to do the job They didn't get in my door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them out to find out why the satellite dish appeared not to work. The guy was friendly and helpful he worked quickly and efficiently and soon found out the problem the wire wasn't connected to the dish but found another wire still not connected to anything then there was a odd wire which I thought went to a disused aerial in fact it was the one connected to the dish. All sorted. A great service at a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a problem with a TV, an ongoing issue to be exact and have been treated like we should just put up with it and had a denial approach to it even though Samsung could acknowledge the issue. It wasn't a TV on a cheaper end, it is one of the top ones for top dollar. Samsung, should rethink who does repairs for them if they are to maintain their name as this has meant us not wanting to ever buy Samsung again, as we don't want these encounters anymore.
Not only did they have a terrible attitude they also caused damage in our house as they carried the TV out of the house to repair it. They acted in a very dismissive manner... No such thing as "I'm so sorry this happened, it sometimes does and we are ready for these and we will look after it"... We love our home, so this was upsetting to us of course. Homes are not cheap, right? Nor are the repairs to a home. When they came back to return the TV, we asked them to go through the other door that is wider and provides more space for them to come in with it as we didn't want any further damage. At that point we got laughed at! Unbelievable! Just appalling!
These guys should really look at improving customer care, as just fixing the TVs etc won't keep them running.
