Netherton School is a small rural primary school near Paeroa, New Zealand. We cater for students in Years 1-8. The roll of 130-140 students mostly come from surrounding farms and homes in Netherton, Kerepehi, Awaiti and Paeroa. Netherton School is less than 10km from Paeroa and some students travel here by bus.
The Netherton School Board of Trustees has resolved to use BOT funding to keep adult/student ratios high and to provide Teacher Aide support. Our school buildings are well maintained and set on spacious, attractive grounds which include ample recreational facilities for students, including our own swimming pool.
